新疆吉木萨尔县地域辽阔,地形复杂,生态与环境脆弱,自然灾害较多,加之人为活动的影响,水土流失现象较为严重。根据吉木萨尔县水土流失情况及危害,建议以县境内河流风蚀水蚀区为重点,采取以牧区水利建设为中心,以建设林草基地为重点,采取围栏、圈养、轮牧、调整畜种等措施,修复受损草原生态系统。

Jimusaer County in Xinjiang Autonomous Region has a vast and complex territory. Ecological environment is weakly in this area where natural disasters have often been occurred. Soil erosion is even worse due to human activities. It is recommended to recover the damaged grassland ecosystem by means of focusing on areas suffering from wind and water erosion, building the center of pasturing water infrastructures, constructing the base of forest and grassland, making the measuring the enclosure of grazing land, alternating grazing and adjusting the types of animals.
