摘要
试验表明，使用激素可提高中间锦鸡儿嫩枝扦插生根率，且ABT1^#和IBA较为理想，平均生根率较其他激素提高10％～16％。处理浓度以100ppm和500ppm为佳，处理方法宜选择药剂直接浸泡，扦插基质使用珍珠岩。
The test shows that hormone can raise the footage rate of cuttage by epicormic branches of Uaragana intermedia Kuang et H. C. Fu. ABT 1 ^# and IBA are ideal that the mean rootage rate can be raised by 10%-16% than other hormone, with the best treatment concentrate are 100 ppm and 500 ppm. The suitable treatment method is to soak directly with medicine. The media of cuttage is pearlite.
