摘要
许多可以简化为具有简支梁弹性部件物块的工艺品,在流通过程中,由于承受外界的振动引起损坏,造成很大经济损失。本文在考虑弹性部件与物块之间动力耦合作用基础上,分析了包装系统承受简谐位移激励时的响应,给出了图线及算例,提出了减小物品加速度和弹性部件应力值的措施。
Many technological products which could be simplified as the ones with simple beam elasticpart masses have suffered a lot from economic losses due. to the damage by outside shock dur-ing transportation. This paper analyses the response of packaging system when stimulated bysimple harmonic displacement, gives cirves and calculating formula and put forward the waysto reduce acceleration of products and the stresses of elastic parts with the regard of motivecoupling action between elastic parts and masses.
