摘要 大量程水位自动采集装置为三峡工程防洪调度而研制,采取量程转换方式实现50m水位变幅的测量,气泡压力式测压,采用压阻式压力传感器进行压力变送,步进式自动切换量程。为保证测量精度,合理吸收了国内外的最新技术,结合本国具体条件,解决了恒流补气,标准压力柱校证,阻容环节滤波等技术问题。应用先进的单片机系统使整个装置智能化,自动储存一年的测量数据,能与水情自动测报系统联机,达到高度的自动、自记、自报。经试验证明,本装置有较高的测量精度,98.4%频率的误差不超过±2cm,符合有关国际、国内标准的要求。 A set of large-range water stage measuring device is developed for Three Gorges Project flood regulation. The range of water stage is 50 m. The water stage is measured by air bubble pressure,transmitted by pressure sensor, and the measuring process is being completed automatically by successive transformation. For guaranting measuring accuracy, some advanced technology in the world is integrated with particular conditions in China, like steadily air-supplementing to ensure a standard pressure stage calibration and wave-filtering technique to achieve rated resistance-capacity relationship, etc. The advanced chip microprocessor intellectualizes the device and makes it capable of storing one year measuring data automatically,and linking with hydrologic regime automatic monitoring and forecasting system, realizes automation in recording and reporting of hydrological data. The verification of the device shows that it measures with relatively high accuracy, offering a 98. 4% frequency error less than ±2cm, which meets the international and national standard.
