桡骨远端骨折的手术治疗

The surgical treatment of distal radius fractures

目的探讨桡骨远端B、C型骨折(AO分型)的手术治疗及临床疗效评价。方法按AO原则不同分型,对36例桡骨远端B、C型骨折,取掌侧或背侧入路,采用切开复位“T”形钛板内固定治疗。结果36例患者全部随访,腕关节功能按改良的Shea评定法标准评定[1],优12例,良20例,可3例,差1例,优良率达88.9%。结论桡骨远端B、C型骨折通过手术治疗能有效地恢复桡骨远端的解剖结构,使腕关节功能达到最佳恢复,提高桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of AO type B and C fraciures of the distal radius and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods 36 cases with B and C fractures of the distal radius according to AO type principle were treated with open reduction, internal fixation with T-shaped titanium plate. Results All cases were followed up. The function of wrist joint was evaluated according to modified Shes grading. There were excellent in 12, good in20, fair in3, poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was up to 88.9%. Conclusion Operative treatment of the B and C type fractures of the distal radius can effectively restore the anatomic structure of distal radius, achieve the best recover of the wrist joint function and improve the curative effect for intra-articular fractures of the distal radius.
