[目的]了解大理市歌舞厅的卫生状况，为改善顾客娱乐环境提供监督依据。[方法]2002年8～9月，在大理市下关城区和大理古城随机抽取晚上营业的8家歌舞厅进行调查，检测微小气候、空气细菌总数、可吸人尘、噪声、照度。[结果]微小气候均符合国家标准，空气细菌总数、可吸人尘开场前与开场后30min均超过国家标准；照度有2家的最小值低于国家标准，所有的均值及最大值均符合国家标准；部分舞厅的噪声最大值远大于国家标准。[结论]大理市歌舞厅的卫生质量基本上符合国家标准，应加强卫生法规及标准的宣传，采取措施改善卫生状况。

[Conclusion]The health quantity of the Dali city song and dance hall basically match the nation standard, should strengthen the health laws and the publicity of the standards,adopt the measure improvement health condition.
