摘要 [目的]寻求一种快捷、简便、准确测定酒中锰的新方法。[方法]首先用乙醇和水把酒样勾兑成酒精度相同、稀释倍数也相同的试液,然后采用火焰原子吸收法直接测定酒中锰。[结果]方法的检出限为0.003mg/L;标准偏差〈0.0013mg/L;RSD〈1.3%;样品加标川收率为89.6%~100.3%。[结论]酒样经勾兑后采用火焰原子吸收法直接测定酒中锰,方法快捷、简便、精密度与准确均符合微量分析要求。 [Objective]To explore a new quick, simple and accurate method to determine the Manganese in Chinese spirit. [Methods]To blend the different Chinese spirits by ethanol and water to test solution with the same alcohol content and the same dilution,and determine the Manganese in Chinese spirits by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). [Resuits]The minimal detectable concentration of the method was 0. 003 mg/L, the standard deviation was less thao, 0, 0013 mg/L,and the coefficient of variation was less than 1. 30%. The recovery rate of sample with added standard substance was between 89.6%-100.3%. [Conclusion]This method was quick and simple and its precision and accuracy could reach the need of microanalysis.
