摘要
[目的]建立食品中六六六、滴滴涕的毛细管气相色谱测定法。[方法]根据食品种类,用不同溶剂提取、净化,经石英毛细管气相色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,样品与标准品的保留时间、峰面积比较进行定性、定量。[结果]方法定量测定的线性相关系数(r)均≥0.999,回收率范围为90%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~9.7%。[结论]方法使用毛细管柱分析样品快速,分离效果好,灵敏度高,结果稳定,线性关系好。
[Objective]To develop a method for the determination of HCH and DDT residues in food by capillary gas chromatography (GC). [Methods]According to the kinds of different foods,the HCH and DDT were extracted and purified with different solvents,separated with quartz capillary GC column,and detected with electro-traped detector. The re- taintion time and peak area were compared between the sample and the standard to make qualitative and quantitative analysis. [Results]This method had good relativity of linearity( r ≥0. 999) ,the average recoveries of samples were 90 %-103%, the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.4% to ,9. 7 %. [Conclusion]The method of HCH and DDT determination in food by capillary GC was rapid, and it had good extracting effect,high sensitivity and stability,good relativity of linearity.
