2004年莘县预防接种安全现状调查

Investigation on Vaccination Safty Situation in Shen County in 2004

[目的]掌握莘县预防接种安全注射状况,为制定相应对策提供科学依据。[方法]采用现场调查和问卷调查形式,随机抽查24个接种点的26名城区接种人员、190名乡级预防接种人员和150名村医。[结果]接种室设置达标率78.26%,一苗一室率8.70%;全部使用一次性注射器、安全注射率为96.74%;一次性注射器使用后正确毁型率87.10%;安全注射知识完全正确知晓率,县级接种人员为100.00%,乡级预防接种人员为78.49%,村医为56.45%。[结论]以乡为单位,建立“一苗一室”示范化预防接种门诊,采取“计划免疫接种日”对免疫对象集中接种的形式是一种安全的预防接种形式。

[Objective]To understand the safety situation of vaccine injection in Shen County,in order to provide scientific basis for making corresponding policy. [Methods]To investigate health care workers for vaccine injection from urban area, town,and villages by means of locale survey and questionnaires at 24 inoculating sites. [Results]The qualified rate of inoculating room was 78, 26 %, the ＂one bacterin-one compartment＂ rate was 8.70 %. The rate of disposable syringes using and injection safety was 96.74%, and that of destroying the disposable syringe correctly after usage was 87.10%. The awareness rates of safe injection of county level and village level health workers were 100.00% and 78. 49 % respectively. [Conclusion]Taking village as unit,normalized ＂one-bacterin-one-compartment＂ inoculation clinic should be built up,and mass inoculating on ＂planned immunity day＂ was a kind of safe way.
