莘县村级部分卫生室消毒质量调查

Investigation For the Quality Of Disinfection in Village Clinic in Shen County

[目的]了解和促进莘县村级医疗机构的消毒质量。[方法]2003年9月至2004年5月,对莘县村级卫生室随机采样580份进行检测。[结果]所采样品经检测分析,样品总合格率为21.72%,菌落总数合格率为23.28%,大肠菌群合格率率为96.21%,HBsAg合格率为98.45%。[结论]村级卫生室的消毒质量很差,消毒工作应殛待改进,应引起卫生行政主管部门的高度重视。

[Objective]This study is to realize and accelerate the quality of disifection in village clinic in Shen county. [Methods]We made random sampling for 580 cases in village clinic in Shenxian county from August 2003 to May 2004. [Results]We made laboratory inspections and analysis for all of the samples,and the result displayed that the regular rate of the samples is 21.72%, the regular of the count of colony epidemic is 23. 28%, the regular rate of coli-group is 96.21% ,and the regular rate of HBsAg（ ＋ ）is 98. 45%. [Conclusion]The quality of disinfection in village clinic in Shen county is very poor. The board of health must recognize it and do much more to improve it.
