2002～2004年永定县结核病控制项目成效分析

The Analysis on Effect of WBDFID Tuberculosis Control Project from 2002 to 2004 in Yongding County of Fujian

[目的]了解永定县实施世行贷款／英国赠款中国结核病控制项目所取得的成效。[方法]对2002-2004年项目执行有关资料进行分析。[结果]2002～2004年，合计接诊疑似肺结核症状者1695例，发现活动性肺结核病人839例，其中涂阳病人485例。活动性肺结核病人新登记率与涂阳新登记率分别从2002年的48．57／10万和27．96／10万上升到2004年69．10／10万和39．73／10万，涂阳病人平均治愈率达到88．04％，均达到“项目”的要求。[结论]肺结核传染源的发现、治疗效果逐年提高，“项目”取得较满意的效果。

[Objective]To explore the effects of WB/DFID tuberculosis control project. [Methods]To collect and analyze the correlative materials of the projects from 2002 to 2004. EResults]1 695 borderline TB were detected,among which 839 were active TB cases,and 485 were smear positive cases. The new register rate of active TB patients and smear positive patients increased from 48. 57,27.96 per hundred thousand to 69. 1 and 39.73 per hundred thousand respectively, the cured rate of smear positive patients was 88.04%. [Conclusion]The smear positive cases detection and the cured rate increased year by year,the WB/DFID tuberculosis control project had obtained satisfied effect in Yongding County.
