摘要
GIS配电装置的安全运行,不仅取决于GIS设备的制造质量,而且与GIS配电装置的设计也有密切关系。现阶段我国已颁发了有关GIS设备的国标及行业标准,但由于GIS应用还不太多、使用时间不长、运行经验不足,又没有现行的GIS配电装置设计规程可遵循,因此在使用过程中,大部分GIS配电装置出现过一些问题。通过隔河岩水电站220kV、500kVGIS配电装置的设计,在与有关制造商谈判中,对GIS配电装置中技术问题进行了认真细致的研究,并结合GIS标准,就SF6气体中水份含量的要求以及控制因素;GIS配电装置漏气率的控制单元和安装工艺要求;断路器慢分原因以及解决手段;出线侧快速接地开关配置因素的考虑;结合国情对电站GIS室环保等技术问题加以介绍,供有关工程参考。
The safety of GIS distribution apparatus operation not only depends on its quality but also have close relation with the relevant apparatus design. At present the national and professional standards about GIS have been promulgated by government,but due to limited application,insufficient time-tested experience,and no design norm of GIS distribution apparatus to follow,most of GIS distribution apparatus gave rise to some troubles. During the design of 220 kV, 500 kV GIS distribution apparatus of Geheyan hydroelectric powerplant,some technical problems of the apparatus were studied thoroughly and in detail in discussions with the manufacturers. Several aspects of these technical studies (various parameters requirements in relation of design,installation,maintenance,and safe and efficient operation etc.)are briefly introduced in combination with GIS standards as well as particular conditions in China.
