现代科技创新正以空前的速度和规模向前发展,呈现出以下几个鲜明的趋势和特点:1.科研规模和组织形式日益扩大;2.科技发展的速度显著加快;3.现代科技既高度分化又高度综合,出现了整体化发展趋势;4.科技创新成了经济增长的主要动力和源泉;5.知识经济初露端倪。
Modem scientific and technological, innovation is developing rapidly, which is characterized by the following striking trend and features： 1. increasingly larger scale and organization of scientific research; 2, the rapid scientific and technological development; 3. highly divided but integrated modem science and techn- lolgy; 4. scientific and technlological innovation as the main source and power of the economic growth ; and 5. infant knowledge -based economy.
