中俄两党采取不同形式解决民族问题的原因探析

An Analysis of the Reason that CPC and CPR Take Different Measures to Solve Nationality Problems

中国共产党和俄国共产党(联共党)在解决本国民族问题方面,采取了两种不同的形式。俄国共产党采用了以民族自决为核心的联邦制,而中国共产党采用了以民族团结为核心的民族区域自治,这都是由两个国家不同的民族历史特点和当时的革命条件决定的,是马克思主义民族理论与本国革命具体实践相结合的结果,对各自的国家来说都是从有利于民族平等、民族团结和无产阶级革命的利益出发,二者的目的是一致的,都是无产阶级政党在不同历史时期、根据不同的国情特点解决民族问题的形式。

CPC and CPR take different measures in solving their own nationality problems. CPR has adopted the federal system with national self-determinatlon as the core, while CPC has adopted the system of regional autonomy with nationality unity as the core. Each is decided by different national history and the then revolutionary condition, which is the result of combining Marxist nationality theory with their own practical revolutionary practice and aims to facilitate national equality, national unity and to serve the interest of the proletariat revolution. Each is a way of solving national problems on the basis of their different national condition in different historical period.
