摘要
目的探讨腰腿痛丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对腰腿痛丸方中的槲寄生、独活、丹参进行鉴别。用试管反应法对方中的三七进行鉴别。结果薄层色谱鉴别可检出样品中对应薄层斑点,试管反应可检测出皂苷成分。结论用该方法做定性鉴别简便、快速、专属性强,可有效控制制剂的质量。
Object To study the quality standard of Yaotuitong pill. Methods TLC and test- tube phenomenon were used in identity. Result Relevant thin-layer spots and colour phenomenon from the samples can be obtained. Conclusion The qualitative method established was simple, rapid and specified and could be used for the quality control of the preparation.
