柴胡软胶囊有机溶剂残留的顶空气相色谱法测定

Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Radix Bupleuri Soft Capsules by Headspace Gas Chromatography

建立顶空气相色谱法测定柴胡软胶囊中有机溶剂残留。采用HSS-4A顶空进样装置和DB-FFAP大口径毛细管柱,以丙酮为内标进行定量。乙醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯的回收率分别为100.3%,93.3%,98.2%和93.0%。最低检测限分别为0.02μg·g-1,0.12μg·g-1,0.03μg·g-1和0.05μg·g-1。本方法简单,准确,灵敏度和重现性好。

To develop headspace gas chromatography for the determination of residual organic solvent in radix bupleuri soft capsules. Using HSS-4A and DB-FFAP wide bore eapllary column and acetone as the internal standard. The average recoveries of ethanol, benzene,toluene and xylene were 100,3%, 93.3%, 98.2% and 93.0%, respectively.The lowest test limits of ethanol,benzene,toluene and xylene were 0,02 μg·g^-1,0,12 μg·g^-1,0.03 μg·g^-1 and 0.05 μg·g^-1,respectively. The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducibility.
