人轮廓乳头处味孔的扫描电镜观察

摘要 目的:观察味蕾的味孔超微结构并讨论其与味觉感受性的可能关系。方法:扫描电镜观察成人轮廓乳头。结果:味孔多分布于轮廓乳头环沟侧壁下部近沟底处,呈卵圆形或圆形,味孔下方为味小管,呈漏斗状或管状,管底部中央有圆形小孔。电镜下可见部分味毛较短,止于味凹;另有少部分味毛较长,伸出味凹且止于味孔。结论:成人轮廓乳头处,味孔多分布在环沟侧壁下部近沟底处,以卵圆形居多。味孔形态及分布与味觉功能密切相关。 To observe the ultrastructral features of taste pores of human taste buds and discuss the relationship between human's taste pores and gustation sensitivity. Methods: Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the distribution and morphology of taste pores in circumvallate papillae taste buds obtained from human. Results: Taste pores were ellipse or round and located in the lower half of circumvallate papillae trench wall, especially near the base of it. Taste canals were either funnel or canal-like below taste pores, and in the center of the base of taste canals were small pores. There were some short microvillous protruded into taste pits while few longer microvillows protruded into taste pores. Conclusion: A large number of taste pores were ellipse and distributed near the base of circumvallate papillae trench wall. The size and distribution of taste pores are closely with the taste function.
