Efficacy Evaluation of Primary Teeth Canal Filling with Coral Paste

目的:评价珊瑚糊剂用于乳牙根管治疗的临床疗效。方法:采用珊瑚糊剂充填150颗乳牙,对照组用氧化锌碘仿糊剂充填130颗乳牙,观察1年后的疗效。结果:珊瑚糊剂组成功率为92.00%,对照组成功率为83.08%。两者比较,差异具有显著性。结论:珊瑚糊剂是一种较理想的乳牙根管充填材料。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic results of primary teeth canal filling with coral paste. Methods： 150 primary teeth canals filled with coral paste, and 130 canals in the control group were filled with ZOE iodoform paste. Results： The success rate was 92% in experimental group versus 83.08% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The results suggested that the coral paste is a good material for root canal filling of primary teeth.
