历史街区保护的双系统模式的建构

Construction of the Mode of Dual System in Conservation of Historic Precincts

针对我国历史街区的居住环境与居民生活需求存在的冲突,以人文精神、可持续发展和交往实践观为理论依据,提出了历史街区保护的双系统模式,即:为整个城市保留地方性历史文化系统和为历史街区营造现代生活系统,建立起人和物、局部和整体、传统和现代同时考虑的一种历史街区保护模式。

Aiming at the controdiction between the surroundings of habitation and living requirement of inhabitant in historic site, and based on the theory of humane spirit, sustainable development and view of communion practice, this paper brings forward a mode of dual system for conservation of historic site, i. e. for retaining local historic culture system in whole city and constructing modern life system, establish a kind of conservation mode for historic site, which considers both man and thing, both part and integral, both tradition and modernity.
