摘要
目的:建立下颌前牙双端固定桥的三维有限元模型,为分析下颌前牙固定桥的生物力学特征提供数字模型。方法:采用正常人的下颌骨标本,进行CT断层扫描得到包含下颌前牙的35幅图像,通过计算机图形转换软件和3D建模软件获取图像的边界信息,应用ANSYS有限元建模模块处理,建立了包括牙齿、牙周膜和牙槽骨固定桥修复前及修复后的几何模型和三维有限元模型。结果:固定桥修复后,有限元模型包括牙体、牙槽骨、牙周膜在内共41 648个节点,27 269个单元。结论:CT辅助有限元建模技术能精确建立下颌前牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型。
Aim: A three - dimensional finite numeric model of mandible incisors fixed bridge was constructed for analyzing biomechanies behavior of the abutment and periodontal tissue. Methods: A normal human mandible was used as an anatomy foundation and 35 pictures including mandible incisors were got with CT scanning. The boundary information was obtained by means of graphics conversion with 3D model building software. The geometry model and three- dimensional finite model including teeth, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone before and after restoration then were constructed by application of ANSYS finite element model building software. Results: After restoration, the finite element model including teeth, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone had 41 648 nodes, 27 269 elements. Conclusion: CT scanning aided finite element model constructed with 3D model building software and finite element software is a fast, convenient, precise and integrated method.
