α-三噻吩对白纹伊蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系幼虫的毒杀作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究α-三噻吩(α-T)对白纹伊蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系幼虫的毒杀效果,与溴氰菊酯类药物是否存在交互抗性及对抗性品系幼虫生长发育的影响。方法:按WHO推荐的方法(幼虫浸渍法)测定α-T对白纹伊蚊抗性品系和敏感品系幼虫的LC50、LC95,α-T作用后抗性幼虫的化蛹率、羽化率、平均化蛹时间及平均羽化时间。结果:α-T对溴氰菊酯抗性品系幼虫的LC50为9.09μg/L,敏感品系幼虫LC50为5.34μg/L;α-T与溴氰菊酯的交互抗性倍数为1.70,α-T与拟除虫菊酯类药物溴氰菊酯之间不存在交互抗性;α-T能够显著抑制白纹伊蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系幼虫的发育和羽化:实验组的累计化蛹率(73.41%),累计羽化率(55.17%)明显低于对照组(83.44%、85.48%),平均化蛹时间(5.52 d)、平均羽化时间(5.91 d)均较对照组(3.87 d3、.16 d)明显延长。结论:α-T对常规农药产生抗性的蚊幼虫,是一种高效、实用的杀虫剂。 Aim: To investigate the toxicity of alpha- terthienyl (α-T) to the larvae of Aedes albopictus of deltamethrin- resistant strain, the cross- resistance between deltameth and alpha- terthienyl, and effect on the larva development. Methods: According to WHO's method, mortalities (LC50,LC95)of resistant and susceptible strains treated by alpha - terthienyl were detected, rate and average time of both pupation and eclosion were also determined. Results:The LC50 were 9.09μg/L and 5.34μg/L in resistant and susceptible strains respectively after treated by α-T. It was found that Aedes albopictus of deltamethrin-resistant strain has no obviously cross - resistance (1.70 times) to alpha - terthienyl. Alpha - terphienyl could signifieantly inhibit the larva development and the emergence of the pupae: cumulative pupation rate and cumulative eclosion rate in the treated group are 73.41% and 55.17 % respectively, they are lower than that in control group (83.44%, 85.48% respectively); the average time of pupation and eclosion in treated group (5.52 d and 5.91 d respectively) are obviously longer than that in control group (3.87 d and 3.16 d respectively). Conclusion:Alpha- terthienyl is an effective, practicable larvicide which can prohibit the growth and development of the resistant strain larva of Aedes albopictu.
