成人髋臼发育不良的人工全髋关节置换

Total hip replacement for dysplasia of the acetabulum in adults

目的：探讨成人髋臼发育不良的人工全髋关节置换方法。方法：从1999年1月至2002年2月，对32例髋臼发育不良伴严重骨性关节炎的患者进行人工全髋关节置换。结果：随防3～5年，平均52．5个月。按Harris评分，平均93分（优26例、良5例、中1例），近期优良率达到96％。结论：对于髋臼发育不良伴严重骨性关节炎的成人患者，如能处理好髋臼及股骨近段的畸形，选择好合适的假体，人工全髋关节置换是一种良好的治疗方法。

Objective：To study total hip replacement for acetabular dysplasia in adults. Methods： From January 1999 to February 2002,Total hip replacement was performed in 32 patients. The patients suffered from several osteoarthritis of the hip. Results： The average Harris Score was 93 in 32 hips （96% of good rate）. The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 5 years （ mean,52.5 months）. Conclusion： Total hip replacement is a good treatment method for acetabular dysplasia in adults with several osteoarthritis of the hip.
