摘要 水平井砾石充填防砂是近年来为延长水平井防砂有效寿命而发展起来的一种新工艺,该新工艺的优化和实施是一个系统工程,它与油藏开发、钻井及完井设计方案的优化和有关工艺技术措施的配套密切相关。在文昌13-1油田A6h、A8h、A3h三口水平井砾石充填防砂作业中,通过控制影响水平井砾石充填防砂工艺实施效果的主要环节,包括井壁稳定性控制、油气层钻开液选择、水平井轨迹和质量控制、砾石携砂液漏失量控制、砾石充填泵送方案设计和油层保护控制等工艺环节,取得了很好的防砂效果和油田开发效益。文昌13-1油田水平井砾石充填防砂的成功经验可为其他油气田水平井防砂方案设计提供参考。 Gravel packing in horizontal wells has been developed as a new technique to extend the life of horizontal wells with sand control. The optimization and implementation of the new technique is a systematic engineering that involves the optimizations of the designs of reservoir development, well drilling and completion, and related technical measures for horizontal wells. Three horizontal wells A6h, A8h and A3h were completed successfully in Wenchang13-1 oilfield by controlling the main factors influencing gravel packing effects, like controlling the wellbore stabilization, drilling fluid selection for reservoir, the trajectory and quality of horizontal wells, the gravel packing fluid loss, gravel pack pumping design and the near wellbore damage, and we have got very good results in sand control and efficiency in the oilfield production. The successful experience of gravel packing in horizontal wells in Wenchang13-1 oilfield can be apply to the design of sand control for horizontal wells in other oilfields.
