多发脑动脉瘤危险因素的系统评价

A systematic review on the relationship between gender, smoking, hypertension and multiple cerebral aneurysms.

目的评价性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤的关系。方法计算机检索medline（1976-2002）、EM（1990-2002），主题词为multiple cerebral aneurysms、riskfactors，同时检索中文CBM（1978-2002），关键词为多发脑动脉瘤、危险因素，同时查阅相关文章的参考文献目录。并应用meta分析方法对检索到的文章进行综合分析。结果共检索到符合条件的文章4篇，分别对性别、吸烟和高血压与多发动脉瘤的关系评价，结果表明，女性、吸烟和高血压均为多发脑动脉瘤的危险因素，其合并OR和95％Cl分别为1．92（1．23-3．00）；2．66（1．10-6．41）；1．85（1．17-2．94）。结论性别、吸烟和高血压与多发脑动脉瘤的形成有密切的关系。

Objective To assess the relationship between gender, smoking, hypertension and multiple cerebral aneurysms. Methods Literature were identified from medline （ 1976 - 2002 ） , EM （ 1990 - 2002 ） and CBM （ 1978 - 2002 ）. Literature reference were checked at the same time. A sysmetic review of studies collected was performed by the means of Meta analysis. Results Four studies were included. Meta analysis revealed female gender 1.92 （ 1.23 ~ 2. 99） , smoking 2.66 （ 1.10 - 6.40 ） , hypertension 1.85 （ 1.17 - 2.94 ） were significantly assisoated with presence of multiple cerebral aneurysms. Conclusions Female gender, smoking, hypertension play important role on the formation of. multiple cerebral aneurysms.
