摘要
以西瓜核雄性不育‘G17AB’两用系为试材,对不育与可育雄花蕾组织中的内源激素和多胺含量的动态变化进行了对比分析,结果表明,不育雄花蕾中IAA、GAS含量不足,而ZR s含量偏高,ABA峰值出现较早,各种多胺组分的变化趋势异常。
Nuclear male sterile G17AB line watermelon was chosen as experimental material. Changes of endogenous hormones and polyamines content were compared between male sterile flower buds and male sterile flower buds. The result showed that in male sterile flower buds, the IAA content and GAs content were lower while the ZRs content was higher than that in male fertile flower buds, and the peak value of ABA content appeared buds. earlier. In addition, the changes of polyamines were abnormal in male sterile in male sterile flower buds.
