单纯及合并冠心病2型糖尿病患者血清对氧磷酯酶-1活性及丙二醛水平测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的测定2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者对氧磷酯酶-1(PON1)活性和丙二醛水平。方法分别采用紫外分光光度法和比色法测定正常对照组(NC组,n=40)、单纯糖尿病组(DM组,n=47)及糖尿病并发冠心病组(DMCHD组,n=43)血清PON1活性及丙二醛(MDA)水平,计算并测定体质量指数(BMI)及血脂水平。结果3组间比较,血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与NC组、DM组比较,DMCHD组BMI增大(P均<0.05)。DM组及DMCHD组PON1活性均低于NC组,MDA水平均高于NC组(P均<0.05),DMCHD组PON1活性低于DM组,MDA水平高于DM组(P均<0.05)。且PON1活性与MDA水平呈负相关(r=-0.544,P<0.01)。结论血清PON1活性降低和MDA水平升高是糖尿病并发冠心病的独立危险因素。 Aim: To detect the paraoxonase(PON1 ) activity and MDA level in DM with coronary heart disease(DM- CHD ) patients. Methods: PON1 activity and MDA level were determined with spectrophotography and colorimetric method in DM patients ( n = 47 ) , DMCHD patients ( n = 43 ) and control subjects( n = 40). BMI and serum TC,TG, HDL, LDL levels were detected. Results:There were no differences of TC,TG,HDL,and LDL levels among 3 groups (P 〉0.05). Compared with control and DM groups,BMI of DMCHD group increased significantly (P 〈0.05). PON1 activity of DM group and DMCHD group was lower than that of control group(P 〈0.05). PON1 activity of DMCHD group was lower than that of DM group(P 〈0.05). MDA level of DM group and DMCHD group was higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). MDA level of DMCHD group was higher than that of DM group (P 〈 0.05). PON1 activity was negatively correlated with MDA level ( r = - 0. 544, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The decreased serum PON1 activity and increased MDA level are independent risk factors of DMCHD.
