胃癌组织中唾液酸化Lewis和黏蛋白-2的表达 被引量:1

Expressions of SleX and MUC-2 in human gastric carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的探讨人胃癌组织中唾液酸化Lewis(SleX)和黏蛋白-2(MUC-2)的表达情况及与胃癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测103例人胃癌组织中SleX和MUC-2蛋白的表达。以20例正常胃黏膜为对照。结果正常胃黏膜组织中SleX和MUC-2蛋白阳性表达率均为20.0%(4/20)。胃癌组织中SleX和MUC-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为90.29%(93/103)和82.52%(85/103),均高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.05)。进展期胃癌组织中SleX和MUC-2蛋白阳性表达率高于早期胃癌(P<0.05);SleX和MUC-2蛋白表达与胃癌浸润和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中2者的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论SleX和MUC-2蛋白表达与胃癌的浸润和转移密切相关,可作为判断胃癌浸润和转移的指标之一。 Aim: To study the expression of cell adhesion molecular sialyl Lewis-X(SleX) and MUC-2 protein in human gastric carcinoma tissue and their relationship with the metastasis and invasion. Methods: SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SleX and MUC-2 protein in 103 cases of human gastric carcinoma tissue and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa. Results: The positive expression rates of SleX and MUC-2 protein in carcinoma tissue were 90.29% (93/103) and 82.52% (85/103) , respectively,which were higher than those ( both 4/20) in normal gastric mucosa. The positive expressions of SleX and MUCo2 protein in developing stage gastric carcinoma were obviously higher than those in early stage gastric carcinoma( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of SleX was related with that of MUC-2 ( P 〈 0.05 ) and both of them were correlated with serosa infiltration, lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: SleX and MUC-2 are related to the metastasis and invasion of human gastric carcinoma, and may be referable indicators for judging invasion and metastasis of human gastric carcinoma.
