煤焦沥青接触者血清SOD、MDA及唾液酸检测 被引量:7

摘要 目的检测煤焦沥青接触者血清超氧化物歧化酶总量(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及唾液酸(SA)水平,探讨职业性肺癌的早期预警指标。方法焦炉工55人(接触组),某高校教师、学生及职工40人(非接触组),采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定其血清MDA水平,采用黄嘌呤氧化快速比色法测定T-SOD水平,采用比色法测定SA水平。结果接触组血清MDA、SA含量高于非接触组(P<0.001),血清T-SOD含量低于非接触组(P<0.001)。接触组不同年龄及工龄组之间各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论煤焦沥青可导致接触者生物膜的明显损伤。SOD、MDA、SA等指标可用于职业性肺癌的早期预警。 Aim : To explore early monitoring index of occupational lung cancer. Methods : Serum levels of MDA, total SOD (T-SOD) and SA of 55 coke oven workers (exposure group ) and 40 controls (unexposure group ) were determined. Results: Compared with that of unexposure group, the serum levels of MDA and SA of exposure group were significantly higher(P 〈0.001 ) , and the T-SOD levels were significantly lower( P 〈 0.001 ). There were no significant differences in the above parameters between different ages and different working ages in exposure group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Coal tar pitch can result in obvious biomembrane damage of the exposed workers. Indexes such as MDA ,T-SOD and SA can be used to alarm occupational lung cancer at early stage.
