浅谈施工阶段的质量管理

Discuss on Project Quality Management in Project Building Stage

施工阶段质量管理的有效性,关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求,关系到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控制,因此必须重视和加强施工阶段质量管理工作。本文从建立健全质量保证体系,质量监控事前预防、施工操作事先指导,施工质量动态控制,事中认真检查、事后验收和及时处理质量问题等几个方面阐述了如何针对工程项目现场管理特点进行现场质量管理控制,并结合笔者多年的实践提出了一些可行的办法供大家参考。

Whether Construction quality management system is available or not is very important for a project, it＇s related to whether a project＇s final quality attain with the nation norm or not, related to whether attain with the owner＇s requests or not, also related to whether a project can be completed successfully or not, related to project＇s cost control, for these reasons we must pay attention to project construction quality management, This paper describe how to establish the quality guarantee system, how to establish, the quality supervise and control system before the quality events, and how to check quality during project being built and how to test the finally quality after the project completed. Also point out the characters of a project management on the spot, point out the method of quality management.
