摘要
主要研究了1Cr21Ni5Ti双相不锈钢400℃~600℃之间不同温度的脆化倾向,结果表明:400℃~500℃之间时效脆化速度明显高于550℃和600℃时效,脆化原因主要是铁素体钢具有的475℃脆性。
This article studied the embrittement tendency of Dual phase stainless steel 1Cr21Ni5Ti at 400℃~600℃. The results show that embrittlement rate by aging at 400℃~500℃ is clearly higher than the embrittement rate by aging at 550℃~600℃. The important reason for it is the brittleness of ferritic steel at 475℃.
