HACCP在造船业作业场所卫生质量控制中的应用

The Application of HACCP in the Sanitary Quality Control of Shipbuilding Work Environment

目的:探讨造船业作业场所卫生质量控制新方法。方法:运用HACCP的原理对造船业进行预防性卫生管理,判定生产过程中的危害因素,确定作业场所卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结果:运用HACCP以后,有效地控制了生产过程中的危害因素,作业场所卫生指标合格率明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:运用HACCP开展卫生质量控制可显著提高造船业作业场所卫生质量。

Objective：To explore new methods for sanitary quality control of shipbuilding work environment. Methods： According to the hazards analysis eritieal control POint（HACCP）, the preventive health management,identification of hazardous factors in the processing, establishment of critical control points, control standard and control methods for sanitary quality were carried out in shipbuilding. Results：After the application of HACCP in health inspection, the hazardous factors of sanitary quality in the processing were well controlled, and the qualified rates of sanitary indexes in work environment increased significantly（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions：The application of HACCP in health inspection could significantly promote the sanitary quality of shipbuilding work environment.
