摘要
针对板桩结构型式仅适用于中小码头建设这一长期困扰水运工程界的课题,研究开发了半遮帘式和全遮帘式板桩码头结构型式。在京唐港区2万t级板桩码头改造为5万t级泊位工程中,利用半遮帘桩减小作用于原前板桩下半部分的土压力,而且不设锚碇拉杆,取得了成功;采用全遮帘式板桩结构,又成功建设了10万t级深水泊位。经南京水利科学研究所进行离心模型试验,验证了设计是正确的。
In view of the problem that sheet pile structures are only suitable for medium and small wharfs,Which has long been besetting the field of marine construction,semi-covered and whole covered sheep pile wharf structures have been researched and developed. When the sheet pile wharf for 20 000dwt ships was being reconstructed into a berth for 50 000dwt ships in Jingtang Port,the semi-covered sheet piles were used to reduce the earth pressure acting on the lower part of the original front piles and no anchorage and stays were used and the success had been gained. With the whole covered sheet pile structure, a deep-water berth was successfully built for accommodating ships of more than 100 000dwt. The design proved correct with the centrifgal model tests made in Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute. Construction of covered sheet pile wharfs in deep waters.
