The successful experiences of applying diaphragm wall structure to the water berth of Jingtang Port are briefly introduced in the paper and the comprehensive advantages of excavatd -- in basin;the characteristics of diaphragm wall wharf structure;the cedure of semi-covered type and whole covered type of sheep pile wharf structure and the wharf built up are given in it.
