社区管理是高校教育与管理的一个重要组成部分,高校社区的思想教育应改变传统的管理和教育模式, 加强政工队伍建设和学生干部队伍建设,提升社区文化品味,改进和完善社区的管理体制和机制,构建稳定、和谐的良好环境。

Community service is of great significance of education and management in higher education. Consequently the spiritual motivation should be conducted by strengthening the construction in management （executive） staff from both teachers and students , promoting the cultural ingredients in extra-curriculum activities and bettering the management mechanics （and system） for a stable and harmonious environment.
