摘要
学校心理教育绩效评估是学校进行心理教育的重要一环,而对学校心理教育绩效评估体系的设计更是一项系统的工程。在对学校心理教育绩效进行评估时必须遵循客观原则、动态原则、封闭原则等。学校心理教育绩效评估体系包括评估指标体系设计、评估过程、评估结果的分析评价与结果的反馈。在确定学校心理教育绩效评估指标体系时,必须遵循绩效评估指标体系设立的可操作性原则;发展性和补救性的目标也应渗透到评估指标体系的设计中去;评估过程主要是评估方式和方法的选择和应用。对绩效评估的结果进行定量分析和定性分析,这样可以比较全面地、准确地反映学校心理教育的工作绩效。
It is playing a role in appraising the performance of school psychological education, moreover it is a whole project to design a performance appraisal system. When appraising the performance of school psychological education, we should comply with the principle of objective, dynamic, close and so on. The system includes the device of appraisal standard system, the appraisal process, the analysis and response. When appraisal standard system is devised, it should be operational, which includes goal of development and recovery. Appraisal process means the choice and use of appraisal methods. Appraisal results are analysised in the way of quota and quality, which can accurately reflect the performance of school psychological education.
