浅谈新形势下高校校园文化的管理

Brief Comment on the Colleges and Universities Culture Management Under the New Circumstance

在新形势高校校园文化具有开放性、超前性、易变性、同一性、选择性等特点,从四个方面分析了高校校园文化的育人作用;提出了优化校园的物质环境,制定正确的校园文化政策,建立指导校园文化建设的教师队伍,组织社会实践等环节来强化高校校园文化的管理。

Because the campus culture has the features of the style of opening, leading ahead, change, identity and selectivity, etc. The author analyses the educational function of campus culture from four aspects ： put forward the idea of improving the material environment of campus, make the right campus culture policy, establish the teacher group to direct the construction of campus culture and organize the social practice and some other methods to strengthen the campus culture management.
