With the reform of university student＇ s distribution system, the way of university students hunting for a job is varieds. How to obtain a satisfactory job has already become the great subject that the whole society pays attention to. The graduate obtains the peak of employment after the university expands. When the graduates choose a job, they face such unhealthy psychological conditions as contradiction, anxiety, arrogance, feeling oneself inferior, conceited and setback. This test puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and helps the graduates see employment situation.
