摘要
高校毕业生“就业难”成因于:政府和社会提供的就业岗位相对不足、家庭和个人的思想准备相对不足、高校应对就业市场变化的自主权相对不足。解决就业难的问题,需要对人的择业观念的形成过程进行适时而科学的引导,加强政府宏观调控力度,积极探索就业工作新机制。
Generally speaking, there are three reasons why it is difficult for graduates to find jobs. Firstly, our government and society cannot provide them enough jobs. Secondly, the graduates themselves and their families are lack of sufficient preparation. Thirdly, because of the changeable job market , the decision-making powers of colleges are limited. In order to solve these problems, we need guiding the graduates in the process of job hunting idea forming scientifically and timely, increasing our government' s control ability and searching the new system of job hunting positively.
