高校辅导员队伍现状与大学生思想政治教育的要求不相适应,加强辅导员队伍建设是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的迫切要求。高校辅导员工作现状与对辅导员队伍的要求不相适应,加强高校辅导员工作是造就高素质辅导员队伍的重要保证。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育必须首先加强辅导员队伍建设。

The current situation of headtcachers＇ construction does not harmonize with the requirements of enhancing the moral and political awareness of college students, therefore to train the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism urgently demands strengthening the headteachers＇ construction. At present, the working condition of headteachers does not match what the new era requires, so improving their working condition firmly guarantees to bring up the qualified ones. All in all, in order to enhance and improve the moral and political awareness of college students, strengthening the headteachcrs＇ construction must be set in the first place.
