安徽省地方重点高等院校辅导员工作思路研究

The Study of Ideology Politics Counsellor Work Method for Key Local Colleges and Universities in Anhui Province

针对安徽省地方高等教育学生工作中存在的问题,通过三年的教学辅导实践经验总结,分析辅导员工作中遇到的问题,产生的原因,给出解决问题的办法。提出地方高等教育辅导员工作的改革方案和措施,通过进一步加强管理和引导,促进高等教育思想政治建设的健康发展。

The paper aims at Anhui local main university problems about the student mamgement work . Through three year＇ s practice , it sums up the experience and analyzes the reason for student class management issue, and it brings forward the method of how to solve the problem and reform scheme and step. Through more reinforcing the management and instruction system , it concludes that we should accelerate the normal development of high education ideology and mentality politics construction.
