本文结合与课堂及职业生活相关的一些工效学问题的分析，对在普通教育课堂系统与 职业专门课堂系统中，如何构建良好的人一机一环关系进行了探讨。

This paper analyzes some problems of ergonomics relating to the classroom teaching and the nature of vocational careers and put forwards some suggestions on how to construct a good relationship among man, machine and environment in the system of ordinary classroom and vocational classroom.
