区域图书馆联盟建设探讨

On Construction of Library Alliance of Changzhou University Town

文章以2005年正式开始启动实施“常州大学城教学资源共享计划”为前提，从实践角度 分析了常州大学城图书馆联盟建设的可行性和存在的问题，指出区域图书馆联盟的动 力在于“资源共享”，生命在于“资源特色”，生存在于机制运行的有效性，关键在于 确立共享观念和成立相关组织。

This article analyzes the feasibility and the problems of constructing the library alliance in the Changzhou university town. It points out that it is necessary to construct the library alliance and indicates the difficuhies of this project, it concludes that resource share is the impetus and unique resource is the lifeline of the library alliance. Finally, it emphasizes that to set up conception of resource share and relevant organizations are the key of construction of the library alliance.
