Designing of Unit Teaching of Die-Mold Design and Manufacturing Courses to Develop the Learners' Professional Ability

以职业能力为核心的模具专业课单元教学模式，把学生就业前的实训教学和就业后的 上岗培训有机地结合在一起，从而使学生在就业前就熟悉岗位，就业后就能直接上岗， 达到了高职教育的培养人才的目的。

The unit-teaching pattern aims at developing the learners＂ professional ability in die-mold design and manufacturing through combining the practical training before the employment of students with working training after graduation. This paper indicates that this way of teaching is in accordance with the talents＂ cultivation in higher vocational education.
