文中从“Visual Basic 程序设计”精品课程建设的实践出发，就精品课程建设如何体现办 学特色、设置课程内容和配套课程群、培养教师队伍、改进教学手段和教学方法、建 设教学资源等方面进行了探讨，提出了进一步加强精品课程建设的几点建议。

This thesis argues how to construct a high-quality course to embody the characteristics of teaching, the content of teaching and way of teaching, and how to make use of teaching resources. It puts forward some suggestions to enhance the setting up of high-quality courses.
