摘要
To promote coordinated population and socioeconomic development in rural areas and alleviate special difficulties confronting rural households that practice family planning, and have only one child or two female children, we have formulated this plan in line with the Opinions of the National Population and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Piloting Work for Rewarding and Assisting Selected Rural Households That Practice Family Planning, as forwarded by the State Council General Office.
为促进农村人口与经济社会协调发展，解决农村只有一个子女或两个女孩的计划生育家庭面临的特殊困难，根据国务院办公厅转发《人口计生委财政部关于开展对农村部分计划生育家庭实行奖励扶助制度试点工作的意见》，制定本方案。
