松花江柳树岛河段防洪分析计算 被引量:2

摘要 根据佳木斯市对松花江柳树岛的开发方案,利用MIKE 21软件对柳树岛河段进行了防洪分析计算。通过对柳树岛开发前的洪水计算,率定了数学模型的参数,并分析了在不采取任何工程措施条件下柳树岛的开发对松花江和佳木斯市防洪产生的影响,提出了北汊河道的疏浚方案,包括疏浚范围、深度以及总方量。通过不同频率条件下的洪水验算,得出在采取疏浚的工程措施下,柳树岛的开发不会对松花江和佳木斯市的防洪安全带来负面影响,开发与防洪安全可得以兼顾。 Based on the development plan of the Liushudao (Willow Island) made by Jiamusi City, the authors performed computational analysis of flood-control for Liushudao Reach of the Songhua River by applying MIKE 21. Parameters for the model have been calibrated in the flood simulation for the target area under the condition prior to island development. The computational results revealed some adverse effects on the flood control of Songhua River and Jiamusi City if no engineering measurements were taken. In order to solve the problem, the authors put foreword a including dredging area, dredging depth and dredging scheme in the noah side of this island, dredging volume. Flood routings were performed with different flood frequencies. A conclusion was made that the dredging would not make any adverse effects on the flood-control safety of the development of the Liushudao Reach Songhua River and Jiamusi City.
