癫痫患者亲属的心理干预与指导

目的探讨心理干预对癫痫患者亲属的心理影响,让患者亲属对患者提供有效的心理支持和经济支持。方法将254例患者亲属下列随机分为干预组和非干预组,2组均接受常规治疗,干预组除常规治疗外,还采取多种形式心理干预措施,应用SCL-90进行心理调查,干预前后进行对照。结果2组亲属在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等各因子分具有统计学差异。结论心理干预可减轻癫痫患者的亲属这些不良情绪,应给予充分的重视。

Objective To study the influence of mental intervention on the relatives of epileptic, and make them to offer psychological support and economic support to them. Methods We divided the relatives of 254 patients into the intervention group and the non intervention group randomly. Both of the two groups received routine treatments, and patients in the intervention group also receive various mental interventions. Then we used SCL- 90 to evaluate the effects of mental intervention. Results The factors of body, depression, anxiety and dread showed statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusions Mental intervention can lighten the bad mood of the epilpics relatives. So the mental intervention should he thought highly.
