A Study of the Building of the Rural Old-age Support Security System

构建与全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会相协调的、具有社会化特征的农村养老保障体系,总体思路是:多形式保障、低水平起步、全方位统筹、渐进式发展。在这个大思路下逐步建立起由社会养老保障机制、社区养老保障机制、家庭养老保障机制和个人养老保障机制组成的、相互协调的农村养老保障体系。

To build a well-off society in an all-round way, and construct a rural old-age support security system in line with harmonious society and with social specialty, I think that various kinds of securities should start from a lower standard, planning as a whole and developing step by step. Based on this thinking, to establish the rural old-age support security system should consist of social, community, family and individual old-age support securities.
