The Trend of Industrial Merge and Enterprise Competitiveness

摘要近年来,伴随着数字技术的迅猛发展,不同产业的技术关联越来越紧密,跨产业的企业间的大规模兼并与合作事件越来越多,产业边界逐渐变得模糊或消失,产业发展呈现出融合化趋势。产业融合是企业实施边缘化竞争战略,实现产品与服务创新,从而提升企业竞争力的有效途径。 In recent years, with the rapid development of the digital technology, the technological relations among different industries tend to be closer and closer. More and more incidents of merging and cooperation are occurring on a large scale among enterprises of different industries. The industry border becomes vague or disappears gradually. There exists a trend of merging in the industry development. The industrial merge is an effective way for enterprises to implement the competitive strategy of the marginalization, to make the product and service innovation, and thus to promote enterprises＇ competitiveness.
