Study on enterprises' development and competitive ability

从企业竞争生态的角度探讨企业发展问题,提出企业发展核心是竞争能力创新性提升的思想,在研究有关企业可持续发展问题的基础上,提出竞争性优秀企业文化体系与核心技术体系是企业可持续发展之根本。

This paper discusses enterprises＇ development from the view of enterprise competitive ecosystem,and brings forward the viewpoint that the core of enterprise development is the increasing of competitive ability. This paper discusses the issue of enterprise sustainable development,and puts forward that the basis of enterprise sustainable development is competitive enterprise culture and core technology system.
